Edina rebounded to end its brief losing streak with conviction by beating the Westside Bombers 10-1 Wednesday night. Erik Quarberg led the offensive attack by going 2-4 with 3 RBI and a run scored. The ESox eventually built their lead, including a six run 4th inning, by taking advantage of sloppy defense by Westside. The Bombers committed six errors during the game, allowing six walks as well. Tim Schwartzrock started the game and newcomer Sam Weinberg pitched five solid innings in relief that secured the victory.
