ESOX 9, Express 12
The ESox lost a shootout against the Elko Express 12-9 on a hot, muggy Sunday afternoon at Braemar. Edina nearly rallied from an 8-1 deficit but the comeback fell short. JT Canakes continued his hot streak by pounding out 3 hits, including a 3-run homer, and 5 RBI. The ESox begin Riverview play against Richfield on Thursday.
